Leslie is the Founder of Open Audience. He is an audience engagement specialist, who started the company in 2015 with a vision of making boring meetings more engaging.
Before founding Open Audience, Leslie enjoyed a 26-year career with AstraZeneca, where he held many senior leadership roles around the world.
Since establishing Open Audience, Leslie has delivered events and projects for the majority of the top ten global healthcare organisations, across four continents.
Leslie also facilitates and presents at events and provides executive leadership coaching. Recent events include executive presence workshops for global clinical leaders, operational effectiveness and engagement change programmes, and product launches.
Caroline is Operations Director at Open Audience and a meetings industry professional with over 25 years’ experience.
She has specialist knowledge of healthcare and life science meetings and congresses gained from within the PCO and medical communication sectors.
As a PCO, Caroline has an in-depth understanding of Associations, their events and requirements they have from the supply chain that supports this sector.
Caroline is involved in the wider meetings and events industry. She is a member of the Advisory Board for The Meeting Show and steering group member of the Business Tourism for Scotland working group.
Pedro is Chief Technology Officer and Head of Digital Engagement at Open Audience and has years of experience within healthcare, technology and event delivery.
He entered IT in 1993, providing IT solutions for educational institutions. He then moved onto the corporate and public sector, with clients such as the NHS.
For the last six years Pedro has worked in the events industry, primarily in Pharmaceuticals and medical education.
Pedro specialises in providing outside the box thinking, detailed research and development and personal, customised service to Open Audience’s clients to ensure our delegate engagement solutions fulfil their needs.
Isabel is a Senior Account Executive at Open Audience and has been involved with the company since its earliest stages after joining post-university.
Isabel manages promotional and marketing activities, guides the company’s brand strategy and delivery, writes content for the company’s websites and manages the social media channels.
She also develops and tests Open Audience’s technological solutions, liaises with clients, assists with project management, delivers events on-site, and manages post-event reporting.
Harvey is a Digital Executive at Open Audience.
His background is in computer game design, which enables him to know what works and what doesn’t when it comes to a user’s experience with software and user interfaces.
Harvey is an experienced IT and networking technician, whose roles have involved preparing equipment for events and making sure that everything runs smoothly when put into action.
Harvey ensures that our on-site delivery exceeds our clients’ expectations and provides technological support to our team members.
Navida is a Programme Director with over 13 years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical industry.
Navida started her career in the Pharmaceutical industry in a Sales Support capacity; following this she joined a Medical Communications agency whose clients included several major Pharmaceutical companies.
She has delivered educational programmes, creative satellite symposia, advisory boards, regional meetings, digital content and live broadcasts and webinars.
Hanna Devon is a Business Development Consultant for Open Audience. She specialises in driving sales, account management and building relationships.
She previously worked in Medical Communications where she developed new business and managed national accounts with international pharmaceutical companies.
Hanna has a natural flair with people which comes from her genuine love for building relationships.
Richard is a Digital Solutions Manager at Open Audience and an IT technician, engineer and manager with more than 25 years’ experience within the Events and IT industries.
He has wide-ranging experience with IT and digital products and has provided solutions such as event apps, web-casting, registration services, and live voting along with other IT/digital technology. He has been a Certified Technology Specialist with InfoComm International for AV since 2005.
Richard has implemented and supported custom solutions for public and commercial end users, on an event and infrastructure basis, and has helped introduce new technology to clients such as interactive kiosks, custom touchscreens, and wireless projection within large arenas.
Christine Graham is a Senior Project Manager at Open Audience and a meetings industry professional with over 18 years’ experience.
She has extensive experience of meetings, workshops, conferences, symposia and congresses gained from working as a PCO and also within an association.
She has delivered meetings, conferences and congresses, both nationally and internationally, with a focus on building strong client relationships as well as an understanding of managing the stakeholders and supply chain that supports this sector.
Adam is a Digital Consultant who has worked in the events industry for over 20 years and delivered events in 23 countries.
Adam started his career with the IML, pioneering audience engagement tools and strategies. He then joined Votech, where he was a National Account Manager, delivering audience engagement solutions at events worldwide.
Most of his work has been in the financial and pharmaceutical industries, providing interactivity at AGMs, symposia, conferences and internal meetings.
